Haryana Parivar Suraksha Nyas (HPSN) – A Trust registered on 13th December, 2021 at Panchkula vide Registration No. 3484 with the following Aims and Objectives :-

Aims and Objectives

1. To rationalize various compensation schemes being offered by various Departments of the State Government.
2. To consolidate all the accidental and unforeseeable incidents compensation schemes of various departments of the State Government under one umbrella.
3. To expedite the disbursal of compensation in a time-bound manner and to settle the claims in a transparent manner through DBT mode.
4. To support the poor and distressed employees and their families from monetary burdens and liabilities that arise as a result of unfortunate situations and emergencies.
5. To provide compensation to the individuals or group of individuals or their dependents in respect of the occurrence of following events;

• Accidental death on duty or any unforeseen incident (as per the provisions of the respective scheme of the Departments);
• Bodily Injury arising as result of accident or any uncertain event (as per the provisions of the respective scheme of the Departments);
• Physical Disability either Permanent or Temporary whether total or partial Disability arising out of accident or any un-toward incident (as per the provisions of the respective scheme of the Departments);
• Loss or Damage to immovable property or otherwise affecting livelihood arising out of accident or un-toward incidents (as per the provisions of the respective scheme of the Departments);
• Loss of Cattle, Livestock (as per the provisions of the respective scheme of the Departments).
